  • The Admissions Policy outlines the conditions and requirements for admission and enrolment in programs of study at Marianopolis, in accordance with Ministry of Education regulations and reflecting the College’s commitment to academic excellence.
  • The Code of Employee Conduct defines the standards of professional conduct espoused by all Marianopolis personnel and governors, while providing measures for examining possible instances of non-compliance with these standards.
  • The Code of Student Conduct establishes each student’s rights and responsibilities towards a safe and respectful learning environment, both inside and outside the classroom, while outlining procedures for addressing misconduct.
  • The Copyright Policy ensures that all members of the College community comply with federal copyright law and any relevant licenses. Students and employees are responsible for ensuring that their use of any piece of copyrighted material respects this policy, whether in an educational or recreational context.
  • The Institutional Policy for the Evaluation of Student Achievement (IPESA) sets forth the principles and practices concerning the evaluation of student learning, including provisions on academic integrity, students’ and teachers’ rights and responsibilities and the roles of academic and administrative bodies or individuals.
  • The Language Policy provides a framework for the use of English as the official language at Marianopolis, the teaching of French as a second language and the use of the French language by the College’s administration in accordance with provincial regulations.
  • The Privacy Policy safeguards the confidentiality of personal information in the College’s custody or control, upholds privacy legislation and provide institutional guidelines for the collection, usage and disclosure of personal information.
  • The Psychological Harassment Policy aims to provide all members of the College community with an environment that is free from harassment and outlines mechanisms for addressing possible instances of harassment.
  • The Sexual Violence Policy affirms the College’s zero-tolerance stance on sexual violence, providing measures for education on and prevention of sexual violence, as well as coordinated and timely response to complaints and support for survivors.
  • The Smoke-Free Policy establishes Marianopolis as a smoke-free and cannabis-free college in accordance with provincial law. This policy limits the use of smoking products on campus to designated areas and prohibits the use and possession of marijuana in all its forms on campus.
