February 6, 2025 – More than 180 students gathered in the Auditorium on Tuesday as the Marianopolis Young Executives Business Club (YEBC) welcomed Louis Vachon, former CEO of National Bank, for an interactive talk on leadership, decision-making, and the evolving financial landscape.

With over 35 years of industry experience, Mr. Vachon engaged students in candid discussions on a range of topics, including the growing impact of emerging technologies like AI and the evolving skill sets financial institutions now seek in new candidates.

The conversation and Q&A session were moderated by Social Science professor Bruno Delorme and YEBC student executives Amir Frih and Victor Savulescu.
