February 14, 2025 – Class of 2001 graduate Alessandro Caruso, President and CEO, International Business, La Vie en Rose, returned to the College this week to share his insight and professional experience with students.

The event was part of the Social Science Speaker Series, an initiative that connects students with accomplished members of our alumni community who apply social science theory and research skills to business development and real-world scenarios.

Led by Professor Jacqueline De Stefano and Honours Social Science student Lou Guyot, the discussion covered a range of topics, from building successful business partnerships and navigating emerging markets to identifying trends in the retail industry and achieving work-life balance.

In his talk, Mr. Caruso shared insights on what it takes to build strong professional relationships and explored strategies for growth in large companies. The conversation encouraged students to embrace curiosity and develop problem-solving mindsets.
