Robotics Club Earns First Place Overall at CRC Competition

Students in the Marianopolis Robotics Club took home top honours at the 2024 Canadian Robotics Competition last weekend!

The Marianopolis team secured the top spot overall after earning 1st place in robot design, website design and website content and 2nd place in the programming component.

 The 2024 CRC Kryptyk event brought together 26 teams from Cegeps and colleges across Quebec to face off in a multidisciplinary competition featuring robotics, languages, arts and multimedia components. The win marks the College’s first overall finish at the CRC competition since 2013.

Congratulations to Marianopolis Robotics Club members Adelina Badea, Tyler Hamel-Wong, Guancheng He, Aleksandr Kudashkin, Mingruifu Lin, Yi Chen Liu, Simona-Elena Lungoci, Prisha Kalpesh Manek, Sivabalan Sandh Muthurajan, Thanh-Tri Nguyen, Yeonjae Oh, Kyota Poëti, Ruwa Qatmash, Theo Radhakrishna, Junlin Song, Zi Heng Wang, Daniel Wei, Ruo-Ling Wu and Yanran Elisa Xue.
