Book Loans

The Libby Cahill Book Loan program provides textbooks for students receiving financial assistance from the Quebec Government Student Loans and Bursaries Program (Aide financière aux études).

How to receive books

  1. First, complete the application form below to submit your name for the book loan program. All applicants will be verified for eligibility. If there is an issue with your application, you will be contacted. Otherwise, go to step 2.
  2. Next, determine which books you will need for the upcoming semester, either by checking the Concordia University online bookstore or your course outline.
  3. Then, starting at August 31, 2020 at 10 a.m., go to the Library Circulation Desk to pick up your books. You will need to bring your valid Marianopolis ID and the exact titles of the books you need. Only books that are required reading are available through the book loan program. Course packs will not be supplied.

We will do our best to lend you as many of your requested books as possible. You can visit the Library as many times as you need to borrow books from the program.
