Search our Catalogue

Every single item in the Marianopolis College Library has a record in our online catalogue. In the record, you will find information about the book, where to find the item in the Library, what its call number is, and whether the item is available or not.

There are two ways that you can search the catalogue: the Basic Search and the Advanced Search.

Basic Search

If you know the title of the book that you want, you can type the title.

If you want to know what books we have by a particular author, you can search by author. Type their last name first.

Have a look at the dropdown menu of search indexes for other ways to search the catalogue.

Advanced Search

The Advanced Search is a good choice when you want to do a more complex search.

For example, if you want to know what films we have on the topic of immigration, type "immigration" in the Subject Keyword box and highligh "Films/Music" in the Collection Limits.

Note: when you click on the "Basic Search" or the "Advanced Search" link in the menu on the left, you will leave this page and be connected to our catalogue on a new page.
