A major full-text resource, Academic Search Premier and MasterFile index 8100+ journals and magazines on a variety of topics, such as psychology, history, law, multicultural studies, political science, social sciences, and much more.

PsycARTICLES contains full-text, scholarly articles on the subject of psychology from 59 journals, most published by the American Psychological Association (APA).

Business Source Elite and Regional Business News offer full-text access to 1120+ publications which provide coverage of scholarly business, management and economics journals. Includes publications covering accounting, banking, finance, international business, marketing, sales, and more.

Psychology and Behavioral Sciences Collection offers 550+ full-text, peer-reviewed publications. It covers topics such as emotional and behavioral characteristics, psychiatry & psychology, mental processes, anthropology, and observational and experimental methods.

SocINDEX with full-text is a sociology research database, containing more than 1,986,000 records. As well, it contains full text for 708 journals dating back to 1908. It also offers full text for more than 780 books and monographs.

Érudit

Érudite is a free, full-text, Québec-produced database that offers access to scholarly articles in French and English-language journals. The collection provides recently published articles and retroactively digitalized articles from past issues. The focus is on a wide range of disciplines in the human, social and natural sciences. E-STAT (Statistics Canada)

Statistics Canada's E-STAT offers an enormous warehouse of statistics about Canada. Statistics Canada's four areas of interest are: the land, the economy, the nation, and the people. In E-STAT, you will find CANSIM (updated annually), the Canadian Census (updated every 5 years, most current is 2001), and Human Activity and the Environment (updated annually).

IESS: International Encyclopedia of the Social Sciences, 2nd ed.

Contains over 4,000 full-text entries on topics related to the Social Sciences. Includes content from the 2nd edition of the IESS, published in 2008. Also includes articles from the 1st edition of the IESS, published in 1968. This is the e-book version of the 9-volume study of the International Encyclopedia of the Social Sciences that is available in print in the Reference Collection on the Main Floor of the Library.

Le Monde Diplomatique (LMD) is a French monthly newspaper that focuses on the analysis of important global, social and economic issues. It is regarded as a rigorous and authoritative reference on current affairs. It is published in 15 languages, and reaches more than 1.5 million readers worldwide.

Access the online English full-text version of the LMD, and view the current issues of the LMD. Also, the list of Back Issues is available and includes issues back to November 1996.

In the French-language LMD online, you'll find a full-text web archive of issues from the past 2 years. Date, subject and country indexes provide useful access points for searching, although keyword searching is not available.

ProQuest: Canadian Newsstand Major Dailies - Newspapers

Canadian Newsstand Major Dailies is a full-text database that offers access to 19 major English Canadian newspapers. Includes The Gazette, The Globe & Mail, the National Post, and others. Content is updated daily. Most titles have a 2-day delay. Coverage varies (some go back to 1977).

World Shakespeare Bibliography Online

The World Shakespeare Bibliography Online (WSBO) provides annotated entries for books, articles, book reviews, dissertations, theatrical productions, reviews of productions, audiovisual materials, electronic media, and other scholarly and popular materials related to Shakespeare that have been published or produced since 1961.  It is updated regularly.
