ArtsFest

Marianopolis' annual arts celebration

ArtsFest is a week long celebration of the arts held every spring as well as a beloved Marianopolis tradition. A joint initiative of the English and the Liberal and Creative Arts departments, ArtsFest features music recitals, public readings, journal launches, film screenings and art exhibitions.

As is the case every year, the spring 2009 ArtsFest brought to Marianopolis arts lovers from all areas of the College and all parts of the city. A virtual gallery showcases some of the week's highlights, from student art work to the Centennial ArtsFest concert that filled the College's Art Deco auditorium for an elegant night commemorating Marianopolis’ renowned Professional Music Program.

While students in their last semester of Arts and Sciences and Creative Arts, Literature and Languages (Arts and Letters option) work on ArtsFest as part of their integrative courses, participation by other students is welcomed and encouraged.
