What are school hour bookings?
- Bookings which are made during regular school hours (8:00 am - 6:00 pm)
- Any event which runs after 6:00 pm is called an After Hour Booking
Special conditions to bookings are:
- Major event planning will be discussed in DGMT and booked by Janet Macklem
- Metholody classes who need the computer labs will be given priority and worked around the scheduled computer courses
- Booking dates should be given to your Department Chair who should then send Janet Macklem a list of the booking dates, times, and professor's name
- The following is a priority list for bookings:
- Board of Directors
- DGMT
- AMT
- Standing Committees
- Certificates and Honours Programs
- Theatre & Music
- Departmental Meetings
- Sub-Committees
- Alumni Association
- Steering Committees
- Congress
- Student Clubs
- MCR
MRM teaching spaces are not bookable until the classroom schedules have been finalized. Meeting rooms will stay open during the year for faculty and staff bookings.
The Meeting Room Manager System Administrator reserves the right to change the booking if necessary. All bookings are tentative (grey) until they have been confirmed by an Administrator and a confirmation e-mail has been sent to the booker.
It is the responsability of the booker to ensure that the booking is correct and that it has been confirmed.
