Rentals
(external bookings)
Rentals for the outside community are managed by Alex Polkki, Facilities Rentals Manager. There are many locations within the college that can be rented for the day, evening, or even a few hours.
Here are a few ideas for rentals:
- Auditorium (up to 600 people)
- Amphitheatre (up to 200 people)
- F-105 (open space for cocktails or sit down dinners)
- Classrooms
- Student Lounge
- etc.
Please contact Alex Polkki (514-931-8792 ext. 281) and have the following information ready:
- "Description of the Event"
- the "# of People Attending"
- Requirements that you might need
Alex will then confirm through an e-mail the following:
- Venue, date and time
- Person responsible
- Number of performers
- Number of attendees
- Tables, chairs, etc.
- IT requirements (if needed)
- $25.00 per hour, per technician
- Security requirements (if needed)
- $25.00 per hour, per security guard
- Total cost
