Tuition and fees
As a private subsidized college, Marianopolis charges tuition and receives partial funding from the provincial government. We welcome academically qualified students, no matter their economic circumstances, and make various forms of financial assistance available to offset the cost of tuition.
Tuition and fees for one academic year of full-time studies are detailed below. A student is considered to be full time when registered in four or more courses or for 180 class/lab hours or more per semester. Each academic year has two semesters, Fall and Winter. Fees are subject to change by the College or the Ministry of Higher Education.

- Part-time studies (per credit) – $200
- Courses taken beyond diploma requirements (per course hour) – $6.25

Insurance
International students studying in Canada on a student visa will be automatically registered for the College’s health insurance, which provides coverage from August 1 to July 31 annually. The fee for the 2023-2024 academic year is $950 and is subject to change for 2024-2025. Students who have RAMQ coverage must submit a clear and legible photocopy of both sides of their health card to the Registrar Services Office.

Textbooks
Students can expect to pay between $500 and $700 per year to purchase new textbooks. Used textbooks can be purchased through the Omnivox student portal at reduced prices.

Tax credits
A portion of the College’s tuition is eligible for federal and provincial tax credits. RESP funds may also be applied toward a student’s Marianopolis education. For information on your particular situation, consult your financial advisor.

Payment terms
Tuition and applicable fees are due on the first day of classes each semester and are payable online through all major banks, or in person at the Finance Office.
