Booking Policies - (8:15 am - 6:15 pm)
  • Monday - Friday, during regular school hours
  • Music students and faculty involved with music courses can book these rooms
  • Booking requests will stay grey until it is confirmed by ITS 
After Hours Booking Policies - (beyond 6:00 pm or weekends)
Special Instructions
  • Windows must be closed at all times (Westmount by-law)
  • The room must be closed by 6:00 p.m. for security reasons
