Classroom Podiums
All classrooms are equipped with technology. Every classroom has a podium.
A-wing Podiums have Crestron flip-tops and a Sympodium.
Features of the new A-wing podiums:
- Raised angled console with built in LCD monitor.
- Crestron panel located on left hand side of console to avoid accidental activation/deactivation.
- Flip-top with connections for an external laptop.
- A-365 is equipped with a document camera (power cord available at TLT).
- A-319 is equipped with a Sympodium.

The podiums consists of:
- VCR/DVD combo unit
- Core 2 Duo PC
- Sunk in 17” LCD monitor
- Wireless keyboard and mouse
- Wall mounted JBL speakers
- Crestron® controls
- Overhead projector
- USB connections
Some software installed on the PC are:
- Office 2007 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, ect.)
- Encarta
- Maple
- IE 8
- Flash, QT, MediaPlayer
The podiums are all monitored by TLT using RoomView® software. From TLT, an administrator can troubleshoot most problems.
Unfortunately, you cannot connect your own computer/laptop to the podiums in wings other than the A-wing.
You must save your work onto a memory stick or in your Marianopolis documents folder.
